How do I use my Unbound credit?Updated a year ago

If you have Unbound credit you will be able to see the amount and the expiry date in your account page.

Credit can be spent against any type of purchase - crowdfunding, pre-order or published books - or a mixture of all three!  You can use your credit as part-payment or full payment for any basket (excluding shipping).  

At checkout, you will see your store credit balance.  Choose 'Use Store Credit' to deduct this balance from your basket total.

If your basket amount is less than your store credit balance, it will deduct the amount of the basket.  If your credit does not cover the total amount, it will deduct the full credit amount from your total. 

Your credit balance is linked to your account so only you are able to use your store credit.

Credit is valid for two years from the date of the credit being applied to your account.  Remember to use it before it expires!
