Reactivating your Unbound account

In November 2023 we transitioned to a new website platform to enhance user experience and functionality. As a result, all user accounts needed to be reactivated on the new platform. If you missed our initial activation email sent in November, don't worry. Here's a step-by-step guide to reactivate your account: 

1. Visit the login page
2. Click 'Reactivate your account'
3. Enter your email address: Input the email address associated with your Unbound account and click 'Submit'
4. Check your email: Shortly after submitting your email address you should receive an email with instructions on how to reactivate your account - be sure to check your spam/junk folders. 
5. Follow the email's instructions: Click on the activation link provided in the email and follow the instructions to reset your password. 
   1. Troubleshooting 'Invalid activation URL': If you receive an error message stating 'Invalid activation URL' this indicates that you have clicked an outdated email link that has expired. In this case, please disregard the old email and wait for the most recent activation email to arrive in your inbox. 
6. Log in: After resetting your password you should be able to log in to your Unbound account, using the email address associated with your Unbound account and your new password. 

If you try to reactivate your account and you get a message saying incorrect email or password, your account may be already activated. Please reset your password here.
