Updating your account information


How do I update the delivery address on an order? 

If you need to update the delivery address for a specific order follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your Unbound account: If already logged in, navigate to your account area
  2. Locate the order: Find the order for which you want to update your delivery address
  3. Click 'Change shipment address'
  4. Update the delivery address: Enter the new delivery address details and click 'Save'

Please keep in mind that updating the address for an order will only affect the delivery address for that particular order. It will not automatically update the address saved in your account profile. If your order has already been dispatched, delivered or the deadline to update your address has passed, your order will be delivered to the original delivery address associated with the order.


How can I update the address on my account profile? 

To update the address associated with your account you'll need to get in touch with our support team directly. Please contact them at [email protected] quoting the address currently linked to your account and the new address you wish to update. 


How can I update the contact details associated with my account? 

If you need to update any contact details linked to your account, such as email address or phone number, please reach out to our support team for assistance at [email protected]


How can I unsubscribe from marketing emails? 

If you wish to unsubscribe from marketing emails please click the 'Unsubscribe' link located at the bottom of the email. Please note, that we will still contact you regarding any open orders.
