What is a digital download? 

A digital download is any digital rewards that you may have purchased as part of your pledge. 

This includes: Ebooks, Audiobooks, and other digital rewards such as exclusive video content and downloadable items.

Which file formats do you provide?

 All our Ebooks are supplied in EPUB format. 

 All our Audiobooks are supplied in MB4 format.

 Video content will be supplied in MOV Format.

How can I read my Ebook?

Mac (including iPhone, MacBook & iPad):

For Mac and Apple devices EPUB files can be read in the Apple Books app which is free to download from the App Store.

Windows:

If you are trying to read an EPUB file on a Windows computer/device then you may need to install an EPUB reader.  

 Kindle:

You can send an EPUB file to your Kindle using the Send to Kindle service 

How can I listen to my Audiobook?

Mac:

For Mac devices MB4 files can be opened in the Apple Books app which is free to download from the App Store.

iPhone:

To listen on your iPhone, transfer the MB4 file to iTunes.

Windows:

To listen on a Windows computer/device you may need to install an Audiobook player. 

How will I receive my files?

All digital downloads are supplied via email. Once your rewards are ready you will receive an email from us containing a download link. 

All file links have a 3 download limit however should you need additional downloads please get in touch at [email protected].
