How do I change my delivery address?Updated 3 months ago
If you need to update the delivery address for a specific order follow the steps below:
- Log into your Unbound account: If already logged in, navigate to your account area
- Locate the order: Find the order for which you want to update your delivery address
- Click 'Change shipment address'
- Update the delivery address: Enter the new delivery address details and click 'Save'
Please keep in mind that updating the address for an order will only affect the delivery address for that particular order. It will not automatically update the address saved in your account profile. If your order has already been dispatched, delivered or the deadline to update your address has passed, your order will be delivered to the original delivery address associated with the order.

If you are contacting us from a different email address please also quote the email associated with your Unbound account.
